Announcing My Remedy Book!

I haven't posted much lately - I've been too busy working on my 200+ page remedy book. I'm so excited to have had the opportunity to compile such valuable information and share it with others during a time where we need this information more than ever!

My book is called Beyond Wheat and Weeds - it is a complete compilation of all the remedies and protocols I have found to be most effective in helping to eliminate diseases and restore the body. The information within it is priceless for disaster situations where illnesses and diseases run rampant.

Purchase the book, get some of the basic remedies, and you'll be better prepared at treating illnesses and injuries when a disaster strikes and medial help is nowhere to be found.

Here's a link to my book's site: www.beyondwheatandweeds.com

And here's a video about me teaching about the remedies within it.

Chicken Broth!

I make a batch of chicken broth once or twice a month. It separates into 8 quart jars = 8 healthy meals at about $1.60 per each meal.

Not only does chicken broth make some great meals but it's actually quite good for us. It's full of minerals, it helps to strengthen the immune system and it contains collagen which is good for our mucous membranes, joints, tendons, ligaments, skin and bones and it's great for our digestive system.

What's not to like?

Here's the video where I show you how easy it is to make and store chicken broth:

Fry Sauce!

Fry sauce can be made in a matter of minutes and depending on what kind of mayonnaise you use (I like to make it myself), eaten in moderation, it's actually good for us seeing as how it's supplying our cells with some good fats.

Here's my video:

Easy Egg Salad Sandwiches!

Not only do eggs contain the highest quality protein found in any food but they're also full of other nutrients such as: Choline, Vitamin A, Potassium, Sodium, Calcium, Selenium, Vitamin D, Folate and more.

We love using this healthy food to make super easy-to-make egg salad sandwiches using our homemeade "bread-illa's".

Here's my video showing you how I make egg salad sandwiches:

Homemade Mayonnaise: in 5 minutes!

I've been making my own mayonnaise for years now. It only takes 5 minutes (maybe even less) to whip some up and because I'm making it myself it's full of the healthiest of ingredients including nutrient-dense egg yolks and essential fats that keep our brains and cells healthy (unlike most of the store bought mayonnaise products in the grocery stores which are full of "bad fats" and other unnatural ingredients that requires energy or work for our bodies to eliminate or detoxify from.)

Here's the video where I show how to make it:

Popping Amaranth!

Amaranth is a grain that contains a variety of nutrients, minerals and amino acids such as lysine, calcium, iron, phosphorous, carotenoids - more than most vegetables!

Adding amaranth to your diet is easy-peasy. Throw some in any soup, cook it along with rice or cook it up plain, strain and top with milk and fruit. It's yummy stuff.

A funner way to eat amaranth is by popping it! Here's a video showing you just how easy it is to do that:

Homemade Cereal (gluten free)

This homemade cereal recipe is one I made up on the whim and we make it again and again. I usually only make one big batch at the beginning of the month (very doable, right?).

This cereal is not only more nutritious than most (if not all) store bought cereals but it's much more filling. You only need a small bowl, topped with some fruit, to fill you or the kiddos up. Take a look at the nutrition section on the printable recipe down below - this is some amazing cereal!

Approx. cost for a big batch is about $6 to $7. Not bad.

Here's the video showing you how easy it is to make it. Videos showing you how to sprout the buckwheat and pop the sorghum and amaranth are coming soon and will be posted here as well - does it sound like a lot of work? I promise you, it isn't.
